Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 831 AM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Around 0.50 inch of rain has fallen. Rainfall rates around 0.25 inch per hour are expected at times. - Additional rainfall amounts of up to 0.50 inch are expected over the area. Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
