Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 831 AM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Around 0.50 inch of rain has fallen. Rainfall rates around 0.25 inch per hour are expected at times. - Additional rainfall amounts of up to 0.50 inch are expected over the area.
